lnd, clightning-rest: remove `lndconnectOnion`, add generic option `lndconnect`

For both lnd and clightning-rest, `lndconnectOnion` is replaced by
options `lndconnect.enable` and `lndconnect.onion`.

This allows using lndconnect without Tor.
