- Rename `services.rtl.cl-rest` to `services.clightning-rest`.
`clightning-rest` is generally useful for connecting external REST clients
to clightning.
- Add a dedicated network namespace in netns-isolation.
- Add nodeinfo entry.
- Add datadir (which contains REST auth data) to backups.
This enables generating module option documentation.
Add `defaultText` to options where the default value can't be
evaluated during metadata generation.
This greatly improves readability and makes it easier to discover options.

currently, nodeinfo has presets/secure-node.nix as a strict
dependency as it requires onion-chef and the 'operatorName' option.
and nix-bitcoin-webindex.nix has nodeinfo as a dependecy.
so don't add nodeinfo and webindex to modules.nix because they will fail on standalone use.
