tests: disable `btcpayserver.lbtc` for regtest 

Previously, in case of btcpayserver.lbtc on regtest, nbxplorer just
printed a log error while trying to generate liquidd regtest blocks.
Now nbxplorer exits with an error, so disable lbtc.
